  • Click on Tools and select Internet Options.

  • You will reach the General tab of Internet Options window.

  • Click on Delete Cookies and then OK in the confirmation box .

  • Now click on Delete Files.

  • Check Delete all offline content.

  • Click  OK in the confirmation box.

  • Close and relaunch Internet Explorer.

  • Turn off your PC and modem (by cutting off the power supply) for 30 seconds and restart your modem. Wait for the lights to go steady and turn on your PC.

  • If there is no significant improvement in the speed of your broadband connection, contact your Internet Service Provider and have them reset the port and / or troubleshoot for slow-speed issues.

Alternately, if all else fails, switch to another browser like Firefox (www.getfirefox.com).
