Zolved - When using the Repair function on Windows XP, Internet Explorer 7, it fails and sends the error message "Cannot clear NetBT". I've tried resetting Winsock, enabling TCP/IP NetBios Helper, uninstalled and then re-installed TCP/IP on local area connections, disabled NetBios over TCP/IP then re-enabled it - all with appropriate restarts, etc. Nothing has helped.
