Did you ask your ISP if yoir settings are correct for your mail program?

Also see if your ISP has webmail, and try that to send and receive mail.

  Yes I did that.
  I just tried the I can't receive my email plan and it did not help, it gave me an error.
  The configure gave me an error also.
  So I put everything back like the ISP set it up.
